At NewSmile™, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not eligible for treatment or are unsatisfied with your Treatment Preview results, you may qualify for a refund subject to the conditions below.

Return & Refund Eligibility

• Impression Kits: Non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
• Non-Custom Products: Unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition.
• Clear Aligners & Treatment Preview:
  • If our dental team finds you ineligible for treatment, you will receive a refund.
  • After approving your Treatment Preview, refunds are only available for manufacturing defects.
  • Custom aligners already in production or delivered cannot be returned.
• Retainers & Night Guards: Covered by a 30-day fit guarantee. If your device does not fit, we will remake it at no extra cost.

Additional Product Policies

• Petal Ultrasonic Cleaner & Whitening Light: 1-year warranty with proof of defect.
• Consumables: Must be unopened and unused in resalable condition. Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Process

• All refund requests must be reviewed by our team.
• If approved, refunds are issued within 14 business days to the original payment method.
• Refunds are ineligible after 5 months.
