Retainer Return Policy

Impression Kits are ineligible for refunddue to hygienic reasons. All other non-customNewSmile products areeligible for a return thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return and arefund, the non-custom made product must be unopened, unusedand in the same condition that you received it.If you request arefundor our licensed dentalteam determines that our processis not a good fit, arefund case will be opened byNewSmile™with specific steps outlined.

In the rare event that your retainer do not fit perfectly, we will provide a free return shipping label, and will fabricate a new retainer for you. If you retainers do not after your replacement, we are happy to provide a full refund.
