Provide quality service and support to our clients for our incoming chats, emails and provide call-back requests.
Listen to customers’ questions and concerns, and suggest the right solutions.
Provide information about accounts, products and services.
Develop and establish relationships with our customers for follow-up emails, calls, etc.
Answer and update customer accounts as needed.
Experience in a customer service / call centre environment preferred but not required.
Computer literate ideally with CRM platforms - Preference given for those that have CRM and Shopify experience.
Detail oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced high volume team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - English and other languages are an asset.
** Bonus if you speak French.
Job Type: Full-time
Hours of work: Monday - Friday (hours will be provided with possible split shifts)
Rotating Saturday shifts (about once every 3-4 weeks).
