As one of Canada's leading direct to consumer aligner companies, we take our responsibility to your health and safety very seriously. Over the past few weeks, we have been closely monitoring the current health situation to ensure we are keeping cleanliness and safety as our top priority. We wanted to reach out to share an update on what NewSmile Canada is doing to help keep your purchased items safe.
Health and Safety: We have increased our cleaning and sanitation procedures at our office and facilities. Team members are working remotely, and those that work in our office/facilities regularly wash their hands, and have always been required to do so before handling goods or products. Our aligners are individually sealed according to health regulations. Our packing stations are wiped down frequently following all safety protocols and procedures. We frequently wipe down work stations, handles, desks, chairs, and surfaces. We work hard with our amazing team to stay up to date with evolving news, and think ahead to adopt additional precautionary procedures for the benefit of our customers.
We are proudly Canadian operated and wanted you to know that our customers come first. We have ongoing meetings and are given health consultation advice from public health officials. As information and guidance from public health officials change, we will reassess and change our procedures accordingly to exceed requirements whenever possible.
